Shipping Policy
After fulfillment of the payment based on the customer's order, in 2 business days we will share the tracking unless any delay in shipping and it will be informed to our customer's via the contact details given by the customer itself. All orders are shipped and will be delivered in 14 business days time and if any delay will be informed and max upto 1 month in waiting period and all these will be informed on time without any delay as our team is behind it working on making things better and reliable for our customers.
Orders can be delayed even more than a month if any unforseen events in shipping everything will be updated on time and the customer agrees in it to be aware of it while he/she makes the payment during checkout.
All of our products are shipped using external agencies and we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcel. For enquiries regarding your parcel, you will have to check with the courier itself.
- We do not do meet-up for the sales of our products. All of our products will be carefully packaged for delivery to prevent any possible damages to it.
- For parcels above a certain weightage, the shipping cost will be quoted to you via email/Instagram message/Whatsapp message/call. Payment for the shipping cost will be done via Gpay QR /Bank transfer /credit & Debit card only.
- Shipping does not include any form of taxes which may apply in your country.
- Please take note that different preorder items have different estimated release dates. To avoid any discrepancies in the shipping fees, we will only ship your order out once all of your items are released and received by us.
- If you purchased preorder items and ready stock items together in 1 order, we will only ship your order out once all of your items are released and received by us. You may contact us via Instagram message @toyspluslifestyle/ Whatsapp contact to top-up for shipping fees if you would like us to ship out your ready stock items first.
- ALL release dates stated under our Product Description are ESTIMATED and it may not be accurate and may be delayed. We will try our best to process your orders once the items are ready.
- We are not obligated to respond to any enquiries regarding the delayed release dates, unless special and official announcements were given by the brands themselves.
